In this folder C\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared on my computer, there is this LicenceManager.exe which starst first remains there for some time and then shuts down, every time I starts the computer.
Is this a Microsoft Office file or what ? It is there in some Translat folder. I have scanned my PC with Avast, Adaware and Spybot. Everything is OK. So is this normal ?????

perhaps not...

translat/licencemanager.exe is a trojan malware. delete it.

avast, adaware, spybot do not detect it.
but avg, kav, ewido, etc detect is as malware.
add ewido anti-spyware to ur arsenal.

rt-click on the file's properties and see what info u get.
also to satisfy yourself get the file checked at
