After when i update my vista my Windows Media Player sound was too low , i try everything my speaker is also in high volumes but i don't know what's the problem. also the sound comes like a "Cow Voice". :D . It is that the Cow is just standing on my behind and telling me to stop the music. Please help me.

Did u check the "Equalizers" in WMP?
Press <ALT> key, then select "View -> Enhancements -> Graphic Equalizer".
Now make sure that its Turn Off.
Also try to turn off "SRS Wow Effects".
