Hello,
My wife received a Wacom Intous3 (A3 size) some three years ago from the US. It was a gift. The tablet is of paramount importance to her as she's an designer working primarily on Photoshop. 6 months ago the device stopped working. The mentioned error is that "USB device not recognized" I verified and I believe what has happened is that the wire connecting the tablet and to the computer has become loose at the tablet end (thanks to my young son!) I need it to be repaired. Unfortunately when wacom distributors were contacted, they mentioned that they will do only replacements if its under warranty. Now unfortunately this one is not. Is there any place in Bangalore or in Chennai where this can be fixed ? She loves her tablet and is finding it very difficult to get her work done. Any help is really appreciated.
