hi,
my friend is going to buy a laptop.his budget is around 80,000.he is going to study the diploma in game designing.so he wants 2gb ram.and graphics card.160gb hard disk.tell me one good configuration.(sony is preferable).

No gaming laptops from Sony. Your friend has these options - Asus G1S (93k), Vostro 1500, Inspiron 1520/1720 all with GeForce 8600M GT.

Google on the G1S, rest of the laptops *www.dell.co.in

One option can be:
Falcon Northwest DRX......two 7950GTX cards,C2D X6800(2.93Ghz)...and much more.

but price is too high.

Go for a customized dell inspiron.
I customized a lp for 81K, just for fun.
Selected quite nice stuff.

But my point his, ask him to choose a customized dell.
