Want a small upgrade

I want a mobo with LGA 775 socket and DDR3 ram. Cpu should be of min 2.6Ghz and C2D. Try to limit the budget within 9k including RAM (4GB).

Processor-Intel E5700 3ghz-rs4500
Mobo-Asus P5G41T-M LX-Rs2900
Ram-kingston value ram- Rs 1200

total- Rs8600 + 4% =Rs8944

Why do you want those old things??

why not 1155 socket and CPU which will fit in your budget nicely??

@ OP: If you want to spend that much, it doesn't make any sense investing in such old hardware. Get yourself a decent i3 and a supporting motherboard. On any given day, an i3 will be faster and much efficient than a decent mid range C2D.

Getting those old components is not a way to go ...... Extend your Budget and you will see Good performance....

if you cant extend, then G630 processor @ 3.5K

C2D's are totally outdated even pentiums cost less and perform better.....

for the mentioned GPU, i3 wont be a mandatory stuff, given casual gaming is the primary need. Intel Pentium Dual Core G645 is almost same as a i3

would do fine at half the price.
