Its got decent build quality and looks pretty cute. It will save you great space.

i3 rig is not at all possible at your budget. The AMD one is very good for your budget. Save up some more and drop in a good entry to midrange gpu like the 5670 in future.

well gettin a dedicated graphic card for such pc will nt be of much use.. as there will be no such gaming use..
i would be better if spend some extra bucks on something else.. what say?

^^ No, getting a discrete gpu should be a priority. That way, you get a perfect balance in the overall system performance. Apps and os are getting graphics heavy, so a discrete card like i suggested will do a world of good to the system in the long run.

Your psu can easily handle a 5670. I think its more important than any of the components but can be added in a later stage.

You can also opt for FSP SAGA II 400 @ 1.7k instead of the 350. FSP SAGA II 500 will cost you 2.1k and is a great buy and can handle all midranged cards.

The cabinet can easily hold the things you mentioned. 5670 is not a large card and will fit pretty easily and also has a single slot cooler.

there is one issue.. i went to NP.. almost all shopkeeper said like

Your 1st point is an old myth and putting an AMD in a small cabinet won't cause any heating issue. Some older generation AMD processors, actually the Athlon XP series which was before AMD 64bit processors, were having some heating issues.

Why dont u get a QUAD core proccy for 1k more. It would be better.
I dont think such a costly card is required for this rig. Something cheaper like the Radeon 5450 will just be sufficient.

I think the cabinet is big enough to hold standard psu's and its not an itx cabinet.

It can easily hold corsair cx400 or fsp saga II.

Good rig.
But as u have not added any GPU so, there was absolutely no need of adding a PSU worth 2.8k. FSP SAGA II 350W would have been sufficient at 1.5k. And the remainig 1.3k could have been used for a QUAD CORE Athlon processor.
