also if u can wait till september 12 there is a possibility of iPad mini but its really a rumour there is no such confirm news about it

What are your requirements,specifications?.There are few below 8K.but you need to chalk down your needs first.
Do you want a good camera(rear),phone calling(voice),Bluetooth,GPS(Tab2) ?
or
Want a good browsing & HD gaming,HD movie experience(Ainol Novo7 Elf II) below 8k ?
