Go to www.ebay.in and search for win vista home basic.

with that system, vista will be useless for u.
U have to give a miss to its most graphical feature - Aero

Home basic is 7900 rs.
Although i feel u need a system upgrade

No, you can use Vista Home Premium with no special themes... Try for resellers in ebay as Harvik780 said.
