You have to get some server space and also a domain name. Either you can get a free domain using www.co.cc or you can buy a .com domain. Following is the list of providers which will provide you with Server Space and Domain Name (.com, .net etc.)

Best Indian Hosts
www.host4cheap.com
www.ewebguru.com
www.outpowerhosting.com
www.whost.in

Best Foreign Hosts
www.dreamhost.com
www.hostgator.com
www.bluehost.com

Free Hosts
www.freehostia.com
www.awardspace.com
www.110mb.com

Hope this helps ;)
