hi i had a problem with my bsnl cdma dongle when i plugged in in to my usb them system hangs and restarts. ans i had tried all things like updating usb drivers etc. and all other usb dongles as well as pen drive is working fine.
i had tried all my ports i.e (front, back 2.0 ,back usb 3.0). i had also test with windows 8,7 32 & 64 bit . but after formatted and without installing any drivers(motherboard drivers) the dongle runs but after some time 15-20 minuter the system fails or restarts. the dongle is in working condition. i have tested it. please solve my problem .

ga b85d3h
corsair vengence 8 gb ddr3 1600mhz
corsair gs 800
gtx 660

Reinstall drivers and run a virus scan I had the same issues did all this to fix it but not sure what caused the problem for me

nothing is fixing my problem, in safe mode also when i plug my cdma dongle my system freezes or restarts or bsod

is system working fine without plugging that modem?

Try reinstalling the OS.

yes system runs well and other(3g dongles) are working fine and my cdma dongle is working on other systems. but it is not working on my mobo. i think it is the problem of my mobo compatability.

he tried on diffrerent os platforms ;-)

i had done all this things tested on win 7 & 8 and on both bits(32&64)

some times the dongle works but after some time system crashes or freezes. and also bsod

try it on a virtual machine.

And does this Modem poses a problem on other computers as well or its specific for your computer only ??
Also does your PC works completely fine without the modem ??

this device is working fine on other system, my system runs fine without this modem and after a fresh installation of windows and without (motherboard) driver installation this device some time runs perfectly for about 20-40 minutes . after this all problems starting to occour.
