Would these posts be published in the magazine?

maybe, down the line. This is a fiction area.
There is a section for fiction in the magazine called Future Feature, where this could fit in, but have to figure some things out. One is the amount of responses this section has. Then there is a question of paying the authors, which would make the activity less fun, and not fair to those who do not get selected. Maybe we can give out prizes instead? Then, the story would have to fit into a prompt, which would mostly have to align to the cover story of the issue, and also the word count would be an exact requirement. There are some things to figure, but yes, getting the works published in the magazine is definitely being worked out.

Im thinking of starting off with other contests, like maybe a sci-fi haiku contest.

This is a good idea. Reminds me of the science fiction magazines of old.

It's a very good opportunity for aspiring writer's. Just a question - Work should be scientifically accurate or one can post stuff that can verge towards innacuracy ?As in Pseudo science?

Also should one write only science stuff or other general stuff, e.g. Romance, Comedy, Drama etc. are allowed?
