It's Sasser worm. You can stop the countdown by doing this, go to Start > Run and type shutdown -a and press ENTER. Next, download the patch from Microsoft and install it. Download the Sasser removal tool from Symantec and run it.
Note: Security patch from Microsoft must be installed to cover the vulnerability.

You have virus. :x Possibly MSblaster or sasser. Download Norton antivirus or Panda antivirus to get rid of it.

I've used this and KAV beta , they detect the viruses and trojans but dont remove them on restart as they mention it.

hi there !

you've been infected with sasser or the lovesan virus.
first run your virus scan (avast) at boot time or safe mode using deep-scan modes.
then download and use the latest sasser removal tool and sasser fixer tool (microsoft/symantec).
then patch up your pc with KB835732 patch.
use zone alarm firewall, when on the net.
install sp2. take windows updates.

have fun ! :)
