So I went to market today. Decided to get myself a deo. Now I have used deos before, but after I bought a deo which a girl at my workplace didn't find pleasant, I stopped using deos altogether. But this time I thought maybe I should get myself another one.

Big mistake. After about half an hour trying the smell of different deos and when my hand didn't remain much space to try it on... I skipped buying it.

So what deo you guys use. There are just too many variants to choose from.

I tried spray deos and roll-ons. This has the best mild smell and sticks for longer time. Energy version.

Old Spice Orignal or Musk, Park Avenue Storm.

Old Spice is mild but long lasting, I use daily and for formal occasions.
Park Avenue Storm is strong and quite long lasting as well, for casual outings and gatherings.

It is really tough to pick a deo for me as well with so many options available. I stick to Lacoste Eau de Toilette as my primary fragrance while picking whichever is available of Old Spice deo.

Deo sticks works better than spray.
But girls don't like that smell. If you compare deo with girl perfumes, much difference.
Instead of that, try using इत्तर (अत्तर), variety and natural smells.

These usual deo's which you get in the medical and general stores are all crap.

They smell strong for a short amount of time.

Good deo's will you cost around 400-500/- atleast.

Fragrance should be discovered by others not announced by you.

Best option would be an antiperspirant + perfume of your choice.

Use deo's for gym/sports stuff..

Once u go axe signature u never go back.. Those are a little expensive than regular deos but those are perfumes, and smell very good..
Signature mysterious is Rs 225 for 120 ml, good for starting out,
but signature gold series is much better costs 450ish for 90 ml

Use a stick to take care of body odour and Perfume to smell good. But don't overdo on the perfume, just one spray each on area around the jugular veins of your neck is enough, some on your wrists if you feel like but never on clothes. Also be mindful of fake perfumes in the market, not good for your skin.

Park avenue last long compared to others (I tried once, impressed by it).
And fogg spray long last in bottle (I wanted to finish it fast, but no help)

Deo stick, deo spray, roll ons, perfumes, antiperspirants, अत्तर (इत्तर), powder (lol)..

Bro, these are just marketing gimmicks.

Agreed, still there are no "good" perfumes in this price range

Engage deo which comes packed in box and costs around 250rs are good. Smell stays for a longer time and is real good.

Bath everyday with a good quality Soap and you don't need deo/perfume.

Not really. It depends on your body. Some sweat more, and few smell more. Even after taking a bath you can smell bad at the end of the day.

Now, I do bath regularly, and body odour is not a problem with me. I just wanted to smell better to increase my appeal. Hence I don't really want perfume. Thus list is shortened to following:

AXE Signature Gold Black Musk & Cedar Wood
Engage deo

For the time being, since Cinthol Men's Deo stick is the most cheap, I would give this a try. Later I might want to try AXE Signature. I also have kept Old Spice on my try list, since atleast two people suggested it.

While I was in college I used to use Adidas Moves. It is a bomb. These days it is very hard to find. Nowadays I use Axe chocolate.

Axe Signature is good, Axe Signature Gold is even better, try the musk one

I'm using deodorant since 2003 when I was in 9th standard & have rarely missed a day since then. I heard/read somewhere the deodorant that are available in the market are all fake but I thought how can such a fraud be commited on a large scale as every marketplace like big bazaar,spencers, local shops ,etc. all had the same product. So, I initially used Axe for a long time, then tried others of which:
Fogg (with the golden font) was good, park avenue, wild stone,Engage were also good, Adidas, axe, seemed average. Lomani Cigar was the best among all.
