Hello guys... I took admission into engineering (cse) again after 2 years of gap.... I am really serious about getting a job after the degree and making the most out of it... I am interested in programming even though I am pretty novice in c++ and c... I want to get a job as a programmer after my degree.... my question is what should I be focusing on... I know computer is a vast field and engineering degree cannot cover all of it, plus the syllabus is pretty outdated... I am willing to put in the hours and willing to self study... I want to know, what should I be focusing on, I mean in what topic I should focus... what books I should read...
