What action games mate? First person shooters,tactical shooter,third person shooter or something else?

For knowing FPS of games,you can get Fraps. You don't need to check any other info about the games.

LOL with that IGP you don't need any software you can just count fps when you are playing:-D.There are software like Rivatuner out there for your needs but AFAIK they don't support Intel IGP's
Would recommend HL series,those games play well on systems worse off than yours.

15 -20 FPS is crap. The FPS should be more than 30 constantly for casual gaming. Playing NFS MW on 15-20 fps is waste.:evil:

@OP

Get Fraps to know FPS. And AFAIK, 15-20 FPS is crap. That's not a smooth frame rate. So try reducing the details and match it to give a steady 30FS.

Also play
GTA:VC
GTA III
Mafia
Farcry (It runs well at Medium/High. Don't try above that).
Max Payne 1 and 2
Brian Lara International Cricket 2005 (It may run at low~mid settings)
Ghost Recon 1
Godfather and a lot more. First play these all.... :D
