What rig can we make in this budget??

As the title suggest,what could we buy in the budget of Rs. 200k ...Please let of know of now as i may be buying it either now or after 1 year..If I buy after 1 year than my budget will be Rs. 250k..

I have decided to go for(after 1 year)

24 GB RAM DDR3(HAVE TO SEE WHICH IS BETTER)
BEST GRAPHICS CARD AT THAT TIME
Best processor of that time
best motherboard of that time..
Best SMPS
monitor of 26-30"

and what else...

Please let of know what all is possible now in budget of 200k..

You can get lower speakers than z5500 and get this psu to fit your budget OR be satisfied with stock cooler and extend your budget to 210k.

Well, if u can wait one year, then u can wait another year and another and so on.

So it's either a one month wait, or dun wait at all u see tech keeps coming u can't stop or control it.
