Get the banks app.. It tells you the location of bank's branches and ATM location.
You mean, you asking for a mobile app to find the nearest ATM?
On Website: visit the respective bank website and search for ATM Locations.
On Mobile:
1) SMS the codes (available with bank) to get nearest ATM Location.
2) Use the Bank App to get the locations
3) Ask someone nearby wherever u r standing for the ATM Locations.
Btw u can use any bank ATM with max 5 transactions free AFAIK
