How web hosting companies able to get uninterrupted internet connection ?

For us , we getting it from ACT , BSNL , AIRTEL etc . But they are only limited to 1 Gbps and lots of downtimes

But a web hoster needs a connection without downtimes and must have atleast 10 Gbps connection .

Which ISP provides these kind of connections ?

Leased lines probably. There are some companies that provide leased line services. Tata for example does.

What you ( OP ) mentioned is one reason there are not many data centres / hosting companies with infrastructure in India. Uninterrupted data and power are very hard to get. As a part of Digital India ( around 4 years ago ) I read that they intend to make India a hosting industry hub. It is not difficult considering the software skill set we have. But we need to do a lot of things if that is going to be real.

some hosting providers mentioning "Indian Servers"

It requires more effort and money to run a data centre in India than in the US or Singapore. It is not impossible to run a server here, but more difficult. A lot of Indian webmasters want to use Indian servers. ie, there is demand. But due to the reasons I mentioned above, options are not much ( and costly ).

Indian servers are not recommended anyway if you care about privacy &/or performance(excl any geographic restrictions). Most of the data centres are located in USA/EU because of world-class infrastructure & EU region especially because of privacy laws there.
