The HD 7770 is the best Option. Post the model of your CM PSU. Anyway I think you have to change you PSU to Corsair CX430 V2 @ 2.3k. I think the card may bottleneck your processor. Wait for other replies

It can support your gpu. No problem as of now.
Next time when you purchase a PSU, make sure its a corsair or seasonic. Only a handful of CM psus are reliable.
Guyz wait ati is gonna release a card named 7790 which is betternthan 7770 and slower than 7850 it will come next month and be priced at 150$
