BOSE all the way...................No one snatches away the best sound quality award from them. The only downside is that they are the costliest.
Actually as far as earphones are concerned, the ones provided with the iPod are the best. I'd suggest you better go for headphones instead of earphones. Pick from brands like Bose, Sennheiser, Altec Lansing, Sony, Philips. There are also a lots of other good brands out there to choose from apart from these, but unfortunately either they are not available in India or are too expensive.
