Which is the best graphic card your local dealer sells?
R9 290x.
GT-210 and GT-610 (curently) from NVIDIA
And HD 6450 from AMD
And HD 6450 from AMD
Most of them try selling hd 5450
the high end i have seen is nvidia 660 ti.

Here ( in chennai ) if you ask a dealer for a graphic card he will lead you directly to the GT210 ( first hand experience )

I bought ASUS HD 7770 from Gadget's world
They said they could get me cards upto HD 7970, if I placed order thru them
^^ But most no nothing other than GT-210/610

All of them, I live 30 min away from Nehru Place,Delhi.My next gaming rig will have a superconducting chip alongwith Crossfired AMD R9 290's and a liquid nitrogen cooling system.
yup, I had been to 2-3 shops today and all they have in display is GT-210 and HD 5450.
Nothing else.
And these are the best cards as they provide 1GB VRAM for ~2k.

Oh I see, you meant to say which graphic cards your local dealer still says best and tries to sell, the title is kinda misleading then I think
Local dealers think Antec, Corsair and Seasonic etc are cheap companies who have gone bankrupt.. They think their PSUs arent sold anymore
No comments about Antec, but Corsair peripherals, well how shall I put it....umm, I will try to find a way to suffer a painful death before buying another Corsair peripheral

I don't think those dealers have many options. They're trying to sell what's most popular - if you look at flipkart and sort by popularity, the most popular GPUs are GT210 and GT610. People have very little knowledge about cards and their decisions are mostly based on VRAM provided; my friends think my laptop's GT540M is great just because it has 2GB.
I can get a Titan here.
Here people are shocked when I tell them I have 4 GB vRam due to my SLI setup.
But you don't really.
nope, each card has it's own vRAM. It's just good to say 4 GB.
