this is a question from one of my friend who works in a Mobile com .

problem is that for him outgoing call ( local / STD ) is also free from office and
hee stays in office from 9 to 9 . Now his mobile's massive talk-time has come to an end . SO he want a sim card just to stay in touch i.e he wants no outgoing
only incoming . SO which card he should use ? I told him to use lifetime prepaid card Rs 999 ( with no outgoing talktime value ) . Can anyone suggest anything better?

There are some zero rental plans .. too
Yes that lifetime free scheme is good for him .. if he is not changing his job soon :)
