1 Undying from EA the scariest of em all

2 The house of the dead was quite scary too

The suffering...It was really very scary in the beginning, but after that i got used to it. But completing the initial stages without fear is very hard, requires a lot of courage to continue on in the game...

DOOM 3 for me.....just try playing it alone in the night with the lights switched off...u'll realise that you just cant!!!!.....the sound effects are just awesome (and scary!!).....in the game the most scariest part for me was when we reach a place where words are written in blood on the walls!!!!.....i think its the unknown that scares us more than the obvious monsters.....

Hmm...I don't try my hands at all the games released every other day in the market. Have played very selected games and my vote goes to Half Life 2 and Doom III. I live all alone in my flat and generally play games after 1 o' clock at night. Half Life 2 actually scared me once

Resident evil for sure........none comes near to the un-dead zombies at least thats realistic than monsters in doom or the other games, those just make me laugh but :cry:

resident evil was believable and thats what made it so scary.........

unforunately none of the games i hav played scared me

, but some games that imo were sucessful to create Eerie were hl2(ravenholm town),undying,dracula(1/2),silent hill 1,resident evil(was not scary but it was extremely sucessful in involving the gamer in the game's creepy environment).

no doom3 id not in the list.

yaa i`ve played doom 3 recently it sure gives me the creeps it is a marvel
if u have a good surround sound system and a good graphics card it`s gonna scare the hell out of u

well then it must be no fun for you, isnt it. Half the point of the monsters, evil creatures, zombies in these games are to scare us!! but you seem

to be unfazed. Do tell me when a game really really scares you. Thats the time we mere mortals will stay away from.

for sure rohan ,i will tell you whenever a game scares me(i am egarly waiting for such game). There is no point of fear when you have got a rocket launcher in your hand.

i don't fear fear what i can see and can fight , my fear lies in the unexplained/unseen.

Doom III for me...the monster's were not scary but the zombies were...those who crawl... :evil:

I do have Undying with me got bugged up with the Cutscene every now & then.

Have u played the EDHUNTER by the Heavy Metal group IRON MAIDEN, u sound a bit like me when I play that .....

Doom 3 and Doom3 ROE are the more scarriest games i've played. Half-Life 2 isn't scaring except in the ravenholm chapter but that too can b handled easily :wink:

Doom3 for me. Most seem to favour undying. Got to try it out.

But doom3 is the worst. Check these kids' reaction to it

man, it has to be Silent Hill, really when playing you should wear a Nappy! extremely twisted, far scarier then any game i've EVER Played!

Its a 3rd person game involving an escape through areas occupied by monsters and zombies

No any game has scared me till now

not even the zombies of doom3

i play these games at a pace of makkhan

its like snatching a candy from a kid

PHANTASMAGORIA - my choice. I was so deeply involved in the game, it gave me nightmares :mrgreen:

. But it was way back.. say about 6 or 7 years back. Nothing more.

FPS games like Doom, Half life and Quake give me drastic headaches.. so i cant play them. :cry:

enviormrent of doom3 is scary enouh but it,s the fear goes when u have lots of ammo and good arsenal[jombies are little slow] but the scary moment for me is when the thin ,very fast moving skinless zombies[cant rem the in game name of them] attack u in a 2 or 3 group
so for me it is HALF LIFE 2

doom 1 was also scary enough but was disgusting...
Once vommitted playin that, since then no more doom ...
