I wanted to buy a lcd 19" for arnd 12000 which one should i go for lg or samsung

my vote for samsung

btw: i think 19 inch will be to big and if u going to buy purchase wireless

keyboard also it will a good experience

NEITHER !!

go for viewsonic .. its arnd 9 i think ... and its absolutely the best ..

and its not a local company .. its the TOP brand for LCD ..

i have viewsonic 17" for 1.5 yrs .. no problem AT ALL
