Which media player to buy?

Dear friends,

I am new here and I am not sure if I suppose to post it here. I am looking for media player that can play my video, movies, and music. I was recommended by friend to go for Popcorn Hour A-500 and/or Chromecast.

I wanted a player that can run for long hours so that I can get my movies downloaded with torrent.

Any of you have heard of the devices mentioned before?

I could not understand you.where you want to play movies?

You're not clear with what you want to buy. Chromecast isn't a device that you use to download torrents. What you want maybe is a compact machine or an HTPC to download torrents.

Also, do mention your budget.
