I want to purchase a video cum mp3 player having 2GB-4GB capacity..
please suggest which one should i buy...

Go for creative zen.I can't suggest a particular model,but AFAIK u will get it within ur budget.Don't go for chinese unbranded players,they are unreliable.
I dont think u ll get any decent audio/video player in that budget.
chinesee goods r good but their battery life sucks so i wu sugg u as same the cool g5 suggested

Creative zen plays videos.It has a good screen.Regarding price plz check,as i am on mobile right now,can't do tab browsing.The one on ebay will be no match to zen.search the net 4 zen u will get to know.
Buy Transcend T.Sonic 820 4gb for 3.5k. It has video playback. However it only plays video in its proprietary format (.mtv), so you'll have to convert all your videos to this format. The display is also quite small.
