If you want better options, you need to spend more.
People get paranoid when the phone's back reaches 40-45 °C and start thinking it "heats up". It's not "heating up" or "overheating" at all. If there was overheating, the phone will throttle down by itself and you'll have slower performance till the phone determines itself to be cold enough.

Best option in that price is either
Redmi 4A 3gb/32gb for 6999 or Redmi 4 2gb/16gb also for 6999.
Depends on whether u want fast SoC but less ram and storage or more ram and storage but slower SoC.
Also 4A has smaller battery and no fingerprint sensor.
Very tough decision.

I have upgraded my budget to 11K and am now looking forward to buy either of these. Which of these will have good XDA support and good camera?

I was looking for dual SIM phone with dedicated SD card support which is not present in any of these. My bad...

Get the 64GB version of RN5 instead for 12k.

Sorry to trouble again. Some of these phones have dedicated slot for SD card and 91mobile website says that it has good camera too. Please look at these too and finalize the one which is the best VFM out of the following or the above given.

I already had added 9 lite in my cart today but cancelled the delivery just now after seeing your comments. Thanks for helping as always.

Xiaomi phones generally have better and long term support on XDA. Get reviews from reputed sites like gsmarena, android authority or good YT channels.

What do you mean by 'Get the 64GB version of RN5 instead for 12k' as Redmi Note 5 64 GB version is for 12K.

Are you referring to Redmi Note 4 64 GB version.

And what is the major difference between Redmi note 4 and 5?

I meant you should get the 64 GB version of Redmi Note 5 for 12k. No point in skimping on internal storage if you want to use two sims simultaneously.
