Many apps from Microsoft seems to come pre-installed in Windows 10 e.g. News, Weather, Mail and Calendar & few more. Which of these can be uninstalled so that system os functioning is not affected?

Preety much anything that has uninstall button . I have uninstalled every app and don't see anything to be effected
