Hello everyone, I have got a Samsung GT-C5212i. I have bought the phone just before few months. I am facing some problems with it when using the Samsung New PC Studio. Please guide me through this. The messeges are quoted.
1. - I get error messege when trying to use the Media Manager - "Can not run the mobile phone explorer. Please change the mobile phone connection mode based on the instructions below.
1. - Please disconnect the mobile phone from the PC and connect it again.
2. - Select portable memory mode when selecting connection."
2. - Install/Uninstall - "The selected mobile phone does not support Install/Uninstall."
3. - Upgrade Mobile Phone - "No device selected."
4. - When I try to send files from My Computer icon present in New PC Studio I get - "Can not run the mobile phone explorer. Please change the mobile phone connection mode based on the instructions below.
