The wifi adapter card for my HP G4 2049Tx gone kaput...
Where can i find one?

did everything to revive it through software method but it did not work....

it is getting so hot in seconds that eventually the cover plastic outside bulges out..

Tried HP support ? Someone will come to your home and replace it.

warranty period ended long ago

Thanks ... this will act same as internal adapter? Any Driver required?

For win 10 latest versions,no. For win 8.1/7 driver is required but most likely available through windows update. In any case, downloading & installing latest driver version from tp-link India site should not take more than a few minutes.
Download for TL-WN725N | TP-Link India
