I bought a dell laptop 5 months ago.. Recently I damaged the wire/cord of my laptop battery charger (it came under a heavy thing) it's not broken but highly damaged..so can it be replaced under warranty ? (rather i should ask HOW should i get it replaced? )

That's physical damage and it wont be covered under warranty.

difficult to get a replacement for such damage.better cover it with tape & take extra care because if your dell adapter wire get damaged you will have to buy a new dell adapter as non-dell adapter/battery don't work with dell laptop.
