Well, then open it by the other method.
right click on my computer> properties.
right click on my computer> properties.
i have observed this in my laptop as well. Lenovo 3000 Y 500
Check with Win+Fn+Pause
^^ I checked the keyboard of the said laptop.The Break and pause key is accessible only via fn key.
