Windows 10 Pro Licenses Are Being Downgraded To Windows 10 Home

If you have a valid Windows 10 Pro license, you may be waking up to a puzzling notification asking you to activate your copy of Windows 10.

A moderator has responded to the issue on the Microsoft Answers forum (via Windows Latest), saying "there is a temporary issue with Microsoft's activation server at the moment and some customers might experience this issue where Windows is displayed as not activated. Our engineers are working tirelessly to resolve this issue and it is expected to be corrected within one to two business days."

Just got this issue. My friend also has it. MS support tried some troubleshooting by remote assisting in my PC and told to wait 48 hours for a fix.

I remember, did you mean that is causing this downgrade or were you suggesting to use it for an upgrade ;)
I meant there is no need to depend on "MS activation servers" if you have your "own kms server".;)

P.S. this issue was caused by some problems with MS activation servers but it is resolved now.
