add a decoding device and then do it. i did mine like this.
The cPEG C3.0 is a hardware decoder for mpeg2/dvd formats over lan and internet.
how to connect :-
connect one end to the cPEG C3.0 so that that the red line (pin-1) of the cable goes to pin-1 on the decoder card (closest to the external connectors i.e. back of your PC).
connect the other end to the video card so that the red line (pin-1) of the cable goes to pin-1 on the video card. Pin-1 should be labeled on the video card or will be specified in the documentation that came with your system.
