Windows XP Hindi Skin ? Plz help .

Hi evry1 , I need to have OS in Hindi for family members , is it possible?
I have read somewhere tht Win XP starter comes in Hindi , but it comes preloaded in new machines(branded) only.

I want to know:

1 if XP comes in Hindi also.
2 cost / price
3 How to go abt it .
4 On Ms india page , upon opening XP hindi skin it shows something like below.That is strange script - all boxes , n nothing readable . What do I need to do further ?

its good tht u really care for the family members... but u know wat... everything in the OS will become quite horrible... (i must repeat ..HORRIBLE) when u exactly translate them into "apni hindi"... sometimes u really cant understand wats goin on... even if everything happens is in our own mother tongue.... its better to make them understand in english only...

I have tried the hindi pack from the bhasha india site. Its good but other than windows itself other apps are still english which is obvious, but the apps like MS office too dont provide hindi interface, also the help and support center is still in english.

Even if doesnt perform evrythin , I wud like to try it once . I want my Mom to operate it n feel a bit comfortable abt it . So what if she is not able to do somethings - I'm there 4 that !!
