i am using winxp+sp2
my computer not responding to shutdown from last 2 days
so i have to shutdown from power supply button
when ever i give the command start -> turn off the computer -> restart/shutdown
computer loggoff and saves the seting but then computer no longer respond
i just wait 1 hr to shutdown but no responce.
any one help me?
