Wma to Mp3 converter

Please give me some names of softwares that can be used to convert from wma to mp3.

I must have downloaded half a dozen by now but each one has got it own set of nasty comments and this prevents me from getting the task done.

I have even tried searching the forum but to no avail.

I downloaded them but now it tells me , they are protected :cry:

I know that all WMA are protected and so I got the license for that too via windows media player when it went to the site but I still cannot convert.

U could try this method.
Use the Winamp Disk Writer plugin (Preferences-->Plugins-->Output) to write the WMA file to a WAV file (which,by default,will be stored in the C drive) ,which u can then convert to an MP3.

Ok am facing this issue here too. If you want to convert license protected files, then until n unless u dont get license from the author or his site ( usually wmp or winamp will automatically take u to authorts site for it ) u wont be able to play them or convert. U may get error "Cannot convert protected files blabla" am trying to unlicense those files but seems there is no help at all

u may want to google for the same ( not the converting thingy) and do let me know :d
