u can just copy paste it in microsoft word(atleast in 2007)

just copy paste and font changes automatically

or if u want to change the font it is a font with name mangal

You may try Baraha software. It is free and it is good.

Hindipad is also a good software for editing and typing hindi text. The best part is, if you intend to write मदद चाहिए in hindi, you will have to type "madad chahiye" in the keyboard. You can save it as *.rtf (rich text file) which opens in MS office 2003 as well as 2007.

Click *itbix.com/ProductPage.aspx?id=HinPad if u want to check it out. Iam using it and its really good. The cost is pretty less only Rs 300 ( Unlike every single piece of **** coded by westerners which costs us a fortune when converted from $ to INR). If you r lucky u may get even without purchasing as i got it from my friend.

you can use *www.google.com/transliterate/indic to type text in Hindi, and copy paste the text in MS word and save it.
